The
RS-2/9 is a version of the RS-2/8 that includes an Rx/Tx line reversal
switch to accommodate systems that need this function. Examples of systems
that use the RS-2/9 include PC that act as VTR equivalents, and Final
Cut Pro systems driving RS232 VTRs.
Using this convertor will work great with Scratch and any type
of VCR equipment. This will save you time and a lot of trouble.
