Who we are

Systems4u was founded in 1998. We are based in Groningen in the north east province of Groningen in The Netherlands, not far from the German border. It is a convenient base in the heart of Europe, from where we deliver high-end computer technology solutions and services to a wide range of EMEA technology dealers and corporate end-users.

We know a lot about data pipelines, data storage and data management. For the best part of ten years we have delivered customers with high-performance IT workstations, storage and management solutions using technologies from the likes of IBM, Sun, SGI, Infortrend, Adic, EMC, Adaptec, StorCase and Quantum.

And now we have channelled all of this knowledge into scratch4u– a service that supplies customers with superior systems and storage solutions for SCRATCH and DI workflow in general. We will make your SCRATCH system really fly, and keep on flying. We will also help you to avoid the technological pitfalls that can occur when you deal with multiple hardware and software manufacturers.

Roy Prins – Managing Director Having started his career at Paramount, a leading computer rentals company in London, Roy spotted a strategic niche in refurbished solutions in the SUN and SGI markets, and established systems4u. As a pioneer with many years experience in high-end data solutions, Roy focuses on the needs of customers who need the support with demanding computing environments, plus value for money.

Robert Wilhelm - Technical Director Robert cut his operational teeth in the automative industry at B&W-Klaver B.V. a leading Dutch manufacturer of custom-made products and components. He moved head on into the computer technology industry on joining Bell Microproducts as its head of procurement and product management. Robert`s experience in physical and financial delivery adds an important dimension to the management team at systems4u.
